Paul Hart (Trumpet) and Elizabeth Le Grove (Organ)

 


This superb new recording by Band Corporal Paul Hart is released for Christmas 2003. Paul has been a leading soloist for the Royal Marines for many years, including performances at London’s Royal Albert Hall to capacity audiences. He has also made five live broadcasts on BBC television. Elizabeth spent three years as Assistant Organist at Bangor Cathedral before taking the Post-Graduate Certificate in Education course at Durham University. In 1996 she was appointed to her present post of Academic Professor at the Royal Marines School of Music. Although not strictly in keeping of our normal military recordings, this is included because of its content and who the soloist is.
